750 miles in...
Today we went 125 miles, by far the longest ride of my life, and ended up in Whitefish MT. We've been having a blast and riding constantly. My legs hurt so bad, and almost every muscle in my whole body hurts, but it feels good to know you've gone so far already. Everyone here is like a family to each other and we are all changing in a positive way every single day. I'm going to post a bunch of pics tomorrow on our day off after watching the world cup (ENG-E-LAND!), but here is a sneak peak at some of the work I've been up to.

my body hurts, too, but it's because i don't do anything with it. it just sits there, day after day, in a chair that doesn't have wheels. anyway,
